Cady Moore is an AASECT-certified sexuality educator and coach with a master’s in public health from the University of Minnesota. After five years of coaching teens, she expanded her practice to adults in 2022, driven by a deep belief that sex education should be better, bolder, and more accessible for everyone. Through her company, Age of Sexploration, Cady creates judgment-free spaces where curiosity is celebrated and pleasure is seen as a vital part of health. Her work blends evidence-based education with real-world compassion, helping people understand their bodies, communicate their desires, and rewrite the stories shame left behind.
